DayZ standalone gameplay footage and update on alpha release

Dean “Rocket” Hall shows off some new DayZ gameplay of the pre-alpha test in his latest devblog and talks about why the game is not ready to release an Alpha.

From the video you can see that improvements have been made to the player loadout, Rocket also discusses the all new injury system. Later on you also see developer Ican Buchta talking about added clinics and police stations in Chernarus.

The DayZ standalone game is being developed by Bohemia Interactive and Dean “Rocket” Hall, the original creator of the mod DayZ. There is no release date yet.
