Origin will offer you a full refund if you think the game you bought sucks

The Origin Great Game Guarantee has been announced, this will allow gamers to return games for a full refund if it meets the necessary conditions.

The announcement says that You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund”. Gamers can do so:
  • within 24 hours after you first launch the game
  • within seven days from when you purchased it
  • within the first seven days after the game's release date if you pre-ordered it
Whatever your reason may be for returning the game, it must be an EA game (no third-party games) and had to be purchased through the Origin client.

Requesting the refund will be done through the client in your “Order History” by clicking the link that says “request a refund”, then once you’ve told Origin why you are returning the game, they’ll just take it from there.

This of course scores major brownie points for Origin since it’s no secret that many gamers don’t exactly like the client for various reasons. Let’s just hope it works.

If you want 6to check out the entire policy, you can get it here.
